Try Us, Love Us Guarantee

The Try us, Love us guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Try us, Love us guarantee only applies to your first pack of Rascals nappies, nappy pants or wipes purchased online or in store.

You must provide your proof of purchase to be eligible for the Try us, Love us guarantee.

Shipping fees will not be refunded under the Try us, Love us guarantee.

In order to claim under this guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase, noted on your proof of purchase.

Each new customer is only eligible for the Try us, Love us guarantee one (1) time.

The Try us, Love us guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating to any faults with Rascals products.

Guarantees and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law and the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the State of California, USA.

Rascals reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or suspend the Try us, Love us guarantee and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Final decision on the Try us, Love us guarantee eligibility is at the discretion of Rascals.

Uploading any photo through this website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of use outlined herein:

1) As the submitter of this photo, it is your responsibility to ensure that all photos you upload are your original works and intellectual property. You must hold all legal rights from the artist or photographer to submit this photo for posting to rascalsbaby.com, and you personally accept any responsibility in regards to the posting of this photo.

2) If the photo is on an adult you have their permission to post this photo to rascalsbaby.com. If the photo is of a minor child, you have the permission of the child AND/OR the adult guardian to post the photo to rascalsbaby.com.

3) All photos posted to rascalsbaby.com must be relevant and family friendly.

4) No advertising or promotional image files will be approved.

5) Posting on rascalsbaby.com is a free service and you may not hold rascalsbaby.com responsible should someone take the photo from the rascalsbaby.com site and post it illegally elsewhere.

Remember: Only upload non-animated photos in jpg/png formats or a video in mp4 format, that are smaller than 20MB each.

The photographs you upload to rascalsbaby.com pages are publicly visible. DO NOT upload any photo that you do not want seen by the thousands of people globally who visit rascalsbaby.com each month.

1. Promoter: The prize draw is run by Rascals, a brand owned by ZURU Edge Ltd.
2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. One entry per person. Employees of ZURU UK Ltd and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must comment on the influencer’s competition post on either Instagram or TikTok with their best potty-training story. Only comments posted during the competition period will be considered valid entries.
4. Competition Period:
   Start and end dates will be confirmed on the influencer’s post. Only entries received during this timeframe will be eligible.
5. Prize Details: Each of the four (4) winners will receive:

   Winners will be contacted by the influencer via direct message (DM) on either Instagram or TikTok. Winners will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
4. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be dispatched by post within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery details.
5. Publicity: Winners will not be required to share their name, handle, or content for publicity purposes.
6. Disqualification: Entries made through multiple accounts or containing inappropriate or offensive content may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoter.
7. General:
   No purchase necessary. No cash alternatives. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with one of equal or greater value and to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
